Team Dynamics I – Engagement (TD1)
Prerequisite: Individual MBAs, PIT
In this 4-hour session, we will help you assess the overall dynamics of your team based on your MBTI Types. From this engagement, you will:
- Improve your team communications
- Gain insights on your team’s culture
- Respect leadership styles
- Understand how change and stress can impact the team
- Improve problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Team Dynamics II – Engagement (TD2)
Prerequisite: Individual MBAs, PIT
We lead a group engagement (5 1-hour sessions) to improve your team dynamics. Built off of the insights from Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team. As a result, your team will:
- Build a higher-level of trust.
- Minimize conflict and improve resolution.
- Achieving greater commitment.
- Embrace more accountability.
- Increase their focus on results.
Vision-Integrator Dynamics Engagement (VID)
Prerequisite: Individual MBAs, PIT
We lead an engagement (2-hour session) for the two of you to improve your own interactions. Using the insights from the Personal Impact on Team Engagement, we will lead you through a comparison exercises, so that you can gain further insights about how you work well together, when you are likely to butt heads, and design strategies to improve your interactions.
