Leadership Mentoring Engagement

Our leadership mentoring touches many of the same areas as leadership coaching but focuses on building the individual over time rather than dealing with specific issues. Our Leadership Mentor is a resource for testing ideas, venting frustrations, or just getting experienced advice. Our Mentor is not tied to your organizational structure so there is no fear of reprisal if you need to hone your thoughts before sharing them with your company. Our Mentor is available at a regular interval or on an immediate basis.
