With our work lives and work places fundamentally altered by the COVID pandemic, we are re-imaging what life in the next normal will look like. So, it’s not surprising that Microsoft is working on the ‘Employee Experience Platform’ call Viva. They’ve put out a short video describe the the platform that brings together communications, knowledge, learning, resources, and insights. The first 4 modules are:

- INSIGHTS – into productivity and wellbeing of your people
- LEARNING – training, skills, and growth
- CONNECTION – culture and communications
People have different sentiment about Microsoft, but it is interesting to see how the software giant is proposing new tools to help organization with their people management and empowerment … especially as our work environment is rapidly changing.
