I had a meeting with one of our clients today. Like many systems integrators, they recognize that their leadership is comprised primarily of engineers and the need for further leadership development to become a high-performance team. They aren’t alone, there is a growing need in the system integrator community to develop leaders to help organizations grow. It reminded me of a webinar that we did a while back during which we offer our insights on ways to empower your people to execute your vision and manage your business. Because, we know that leaders don’t just happen. It takes intentional development of your key people to manage their teams, their staff, and your organization.
